Gutters
Gutters are an important part of safeguarding your home from water damage. They move water away from the structure, protecting the foundation, siding, windows, doors and trim. Without gutters, water can wick back on the fascia, siding and other home elements causing slow rot or water damage. Water not diverted from the foundation can cause erosion which leads to foundation problems down the road. Gutters are now available in a wide range of sizes and colors to match your paint.

**An important reminder** Gutters must be cleaned and maintained. Allowing debris build up can actually cause further damage as the water gets trapped in these dams and diverted back onto the structure. For this reason, gutter screens and covers are an excellent option.
